Forecast for the Future

"Every individual without exception bears a potential writer within himself. The reason is that everyone has trouble accepting the fact that he will disappear unheard of and unnoticed in an indifferent universe, and everyone wants to make himself into a universe of words before it's too late.

Once the writer in every individual comes to life (and that time is not that far off), we are in for an age of universal deafness and lack of understanding."

- Milan Kundera, The Book of Laughter and Forgetting

Week 4, Day 5/6: Slicing Up Eyeballs

I feel almost profoundly depressed. Partially this is due to shit in my own life, but honestly, I need music. I feel the emptiness inside. I need Pixies! I need Spoon! I need more than anyone some sweet '69-'74 Rod Stewart. I am at work and cannot write more than this, but rest assured, I have been affected and it's almost astonishing. I will write more tomorrow, with luck. And I will post the February Hyperliving schedule. For now here's "Un Chien Andalou" for the handful of you that haven't yet seen it. I am not watching it now for Fear Of Music.......... but slice up them eyeballs. Ah ha ha ha. Girlie so groovie. You know.
